Log into your account. Most Adobe Xd courses on this platform focus on App Design. This is cool and very fancy, but I like a more realistic approach. Because from my experience an UI/UX designer doesn't start his first interface design project for a cool startup. We start by designing websites for web and mobile.
Try to view the prototype in a different browser. Different browsers exhibit different behaviors.

If you work with Chrome, try any of the following options:
If the following error is in the console, hardware acceleration might be disabled in Chrome settings:
Could not create canvas: Could not create a WebGL context, VENDOR = 0xffff, DEVICE = 0xffff.
To enable hardware acceleration in Chrome:
Launch Chrome and in the address bar type chrome://settings/?search=hardware.
Toggle on Use hardware acceleration when available within System.
Relaunch Chrome.

Alternatively, try the following steps:
Open a browser window and type chrome://settings/help.
Check if About Google Chrome displays Google Chrome is up to date.
If the display text does not match, update Chrome to the latest version.
